Important Notes:
- Registration fees include admission to the scientific halls, trade exhibition, inaugural function, lunch, banquet & gala dinner.
- Members above the age of 70 years are entitled for complimentary registration.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- Requests for cancellation for refunds must be emailed to the conference secretariat at: registration@usicon2026.com
- 50% of the registration fee will be deducted for cancellation made up to 31st September 2025.
- 75% of the registration fee will be deducted for cancellation made up to 31st December 2025.
- No refund will be made for the requests sent after 31st December 2025.
- GST & bank charges/online charges will be non-refundable.
- Registration is not transferable.
- Refunds will be made one month after conference completion.
